BLOG POST 4

 Hi! today I'm going to talk to about of a meal that I really like wich is Spaghetti. The Spaguetti is a type of pasta Italian made with flour and water. There's two options for prepare Spaghetti. The firts and the easiest is cooked the paste that is already done and just have boil the water and put the pasta in the water and will wait seven or nine minutes and ready.

The second way of make Spaghetti is put flour and salt in the bowl and make gap in the middle, add a one egg and oil and mix, until it's like a dough. After, left the dough rest for an hour and finally stretch dough and cut into small "lines" and  cook.

I like them because is very easy make and you can mix them with thar you like, in my case with avocado, Keptchup and tomate sauce.

The Spaghetti it´s not the best food by eat everyday because have a lot calories, but if you eat one or two days in the week , I don´t think so that bad for health.
